So I didn't really realized how many people are looking to learn more about supplements that are used for working out and getting in shape! Cellucor C4 is a powder that is taken 15-30 minutes before your workout. C4 gives you energy, focus, and a nice muscle pump during and after your workout (recommended at least 6 hours before bedtime)! For a lot of people theres also a slight tingling sensation from the beta alanine! This is totally harmless, but BOY does it get your butt up and moving like nothing else!!
